I cannot recommend The Right Therapy enough. I went to relieve some stress areas in my back and shoulders and am so glad I did. It’s not fancy and ‘spa’-like, but really high quality, attentive to my actual needs, and connects lots of things together.

I have had sports massages before, or so I thought. The Right Therapy was something else. Absolutely brilliant, I ended up have some acupuncture aswell and you could feel the results straight away. I will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend it.

For many years I had a problem with tightness in both achilles tendons. Various remedies failed ☹ just one session with The Right Therapy there was a marked improvement. Now I try and have a sports massage once, every eight weeks. This allows me to enjoy my sporting pursuits pain free 🙂
