100% recommend this place… Zita is amazing I’ve had sports therapy and Swedish massages and both have been perfect for my needs… I’ll definitely be returning… Thank you The Right Therapy ❤️

I have been welcomed by Zita 4 years ago in relation to my back injury, still following up due to the complexity of the issue but the Professionalism and the know-how of Zita makes you look forward to the next session.
Thanks you 🙏

Very nice massage with relaxing dim light and heated bed. Exceeded expectations. Zita was very knowledgeable and applied the right techniques and pressure to relieve the stress. I felt calm and relaxed after the massage. 🙂

I cannot recommend The Right Therapy enough. I went to relieve some stress areas in my back and shoulders and am so glad I did. It’s not fancy and ‘spa’-like, but really high quality, attentive to my actual needs, and connects lots of things together.

I have had sports massages before, or so I thought. The Right Therapy was something else. Absolutely brilliant, I ended up have some acupuncture aswell and you could feel the results straight away. I will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend it.

For many years I had a problem with tightness in both achilles tendons. Various remedies failed ☹ just one session with The Right Therapy there was a marked improvement. Now I try and have a sports massage once, every eight weeks. This allows me to enjoy my sporting pursuits pain free 🙂
