Please read these terms carefully before using our website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About this website

This website provides information about The Right Therapy, our therapists, our clinic, and our services. These may include massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, cupping, hot stone massage, kinesiology, acupuncture, food and nutrition, bio resonance, body MOT treatments and related wellbeing services.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from your GP, consultant, pharmacist, physiotherapist or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact us before booking and speak to an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.

2. Emergency and medical conditions

Our website and services are not intended for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts, or any other urgent medical concern, call 999 or seek urgent medical assistance.

If you are concerned about symptoms or a health condition, contact your GP, NHS 111, or another appropriate medical professional.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.

Treatment descriptions, prices, appointment availability, opening hours and therapist availability may change from time to time. Where there is a difference between information on the website and information provided directly by us when confirming a booking, the direct confirmation will apply.

4. Booking appointments

You may book an appointment through our online booking system, by telephone, or by contacting us through the website.

When you make a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details and any information reasonably needed for us to assess whether the treatment is suitable for you.

We may contact you before your appointment if we need more information. We may refuse or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe the treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or booked in error.

5. Payment

Some appointments may be paid for online using Stripe checkout. Other appointments may be paid for in person, by another agreed method, or as otherwise stated during the booking process.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on this website.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Unless stated otherwise, prices relate to the treatment and duration selected at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling

When you book an appointment, we reserve time and therapist availability specifically for you.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Unless we agree otherwise:

  • cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment;
  • where the cancellation period falls over a weekend or Bank Holiday, we may require at least 48 hours’ notice;
  • if you cancel late, do not attend, or arrive too late for us to carry out the treatment, the full appointment fee may still be payable.

Where you have paid in advance, we may offer a rescheduled appointment instead of a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Suitability of treatment

Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. Before treatment, we may ask about your health, symptoms, medical history, medication, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, lifestyle, diet or other relevant information.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. If your health or circumstances change before your appointment, please tell us.

We may decline to provide treatment, stop treatment, or recommend that you seek medical advice if we reasonably believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

8. Results and outcomes

We aim to provide professional, personalised treatments and wellbeing support. However, every person is different and we cannot guarantee any specific result, improvement, diagnosis, cure, recovery time, or outcome.

Testimonials and reviews on this website reflect individual experiences. They should not be treated as a guarantee that you will experience the same result.

You must not submit anything abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, unlawful, misleading, spam-related, harmful, or designed to interfere with the website.

We may remove or refuse to publish any submitted content at our discretion.

12. Reviews and testimonials

If you provide a testimonial or review, you give us permission to use it on our website, social media, marketing materials or other promotional channels. We may edit testimonials for length, spelling, grammar or clarity, but we will not knowingly change the meaning.

We will usually use your first name, initials or another suitable identifier rather than your full contact details.

You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, malware, harmful code, spam, automated scraping tools, or any technology intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.

14. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for:

  • loss caused by reliance on general website information instead of professional advice;
  • loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated website content;
  • loss caused by third-party websites or services;
  • business loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect loss;
  • website downtime, viruses, technical faults or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.
